Hmmm.... no reply from Scott and it's been some time now.
Do we have to start looking for another gym or other cavernous indoor space?
I am willing to make some calls if Luther gym is not going to be available.

Sorry guys, I should have gotten back to you sooner.

The Luther gym is no longer available to us and unfortunately, my time is currently consumed with other things.

No problem. I would like someone's OK to say I represent Regina Micro Flyers group when I call folks. I'd also like to know what $$ we were giving Luther for the facility and what the average turnout has been.

I know there is still a lot of interest in the indoor funflys, so don't think there would be a shortage of attendees.

I'd say we had on average 15 people turn out on Sundays (24 was the all time high). Mostly in part to the large size of the Luther gym I think. I don't recall what the turn out counts were when flying was back in the Glen Cairn rec center, but it was a tight space, and a different kind of flying.

The Luther gym was free and we had the whole afternoon to use it. Without connections, it's impossible to get that kind of space at an affordable price.
